With an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering and a PhD in Satellite Remote Sensing, she bridges the gap between traditional engineering disciplines and cutting-edge earth observation techniques.

Skevi has led the development of the technologies that underpin Geofem’s work, turning complex data into clear, meaningful insight that engineers can actually use. Today, she oversees the organisation with a clear focus on growth, innovation, and delivering real value to every client, while keeping a strong link between cutting-edge technology and practical engineering needs.

As Chief Operating Officer, Gavin brings extensive operational and commercial experience to the role. With Bala’s PhD research focused on radar remote sensing and strong expertise across InSAR, SAR, and optical satellite monitoring technologies, he draws on his deep knowledge of the evolving space sector to develop innovative methodologies, turning his research into practical, satellite data-driven solutions that address real-world challenges.

Styliana has a natural ability to keep multiple projects moving at the same time, making sure even the most complex deliverables come together smoothly, from planning right through to delivery.

With a background in geology and remote sensing, and a specialisation in InSAR, she brings together technical understanding and practical delivery experience, keeping projects both grounded and on track. She’s known for bringing clarity to complex, multidisciplinary work, helping teams stay aligned and maintain momentum across different stakeholders.

Leading Geofem’s technology vision, Dr. Vaka draws on a decade of experience in infrastructure and environmental monitoring to develop advanced InSAR-based tools and systems that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making.

Drawing on a PhD in SAR Remote Sensing and InSAR, his expertise lies in using InSAR to monitor and analyse urban subsidence, slope stability, groundwater exploitation, and earthquake-related deformation, with a particular focus on land instability and geohazards.

Agnes’ superpower? Making complexity look effortless. She supports the executive team, coordinates HR and operations, and keeps countless moving parts running smoothly.

With a PhD in Earth Observation and Remote Sensing — and a rather remarkable background in Arctic earth observation where he worked on sea ice, wind energy, and ocean eddies in the Arctic — Dr. Khachatrian is passionate about bringing this expertise into real-world applications.

He uses advanced remote sensing techniques to support client needs, delivering actionable insights across infrastructure, energy, and environmental sectors. His work focuses on turning geospatial data into clear, practical information that improves decision-making and supports engineering solutions.

With a PhD in GIS and Remote Sensing and expertise in SAR Interferometry (InSAR), deformation monitoring, and forecasting, Vipin leads Geofem projects and develops advanced geospatial solutions that help organisations better understand risk and make informed decisions.

His experience includes deformation monitoring using both ground-based and satellite observations and artificial intelligence applications for deformation analysis. Combining deep technical knowledge with a passion for innovation, he enjoys turning complex data into practical insights that make a real-world difference.

Dr. Yaragunda is fascinated by how the ground moves, shifts, and changes over time, and how satellite data can make sense of it all. Focusing on InSAR and multi-temporal deformation monitoring, his expertise spans environmental hazard assessment, geotechnical risk analysis, and the integration of satellite and ground-based datasets, drawing on the expertise gained through his PhD in Satellite Remote Sensing.

With a strong academic foundation and international project experience, he applies cutting-edge methodologies to support infrastructure resilience, resource management, and environmental monitoring.

Known for burning the midnight oil in pursuit of the right solution, Dr. Shahzad is at his best when tackling complex challenges. With a PhD in Geoinformatics and specialising in geospatial analysis and earth observation, he focuses on advancing remote sensing techniques that help organisations better understand geohazards and engineering risks.

Driven by curiosity and a passion for innovation, Naeem researches and applies advanced technologies that transform geospatial data into meaningful insights and practical outcomes.
